Information collected
When you book a tutoring session, BenTheTutor collects the information you provide, such as the student name, email address, phone number, session choices, notes, and any learning materials you upload.
How information is used
This information is used only to schedule, prepare for, deliver, and communicate about tutoring sessions, process the selected payment method, and maintain booking records.
Google Calendar data
BenTheTutor uses the connected tutor Google account to create a calendar event and Google Meet link for online bookings. Calendar access is used only for scheduling these tutoring sessions and maintaining the connection. BenTheTutor does not sell Google user data or use it for advertising.
Storage and sharing
Booking information and uploaded materials are stored for operating the tutoring service. Information is shared only with service providers needed to run the website, send confirmations, or create the scheduled Google Calendar event, or when required by law.
Your choices
You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your booking information by texting 514-621-8365.
