Bookings
By booking a session, you confirm that the contact and session information you provide is accurate. A booking is confirmed when the confirmation page and confirmation message are issued.
Sessions and payment
Sessions are provided in person or online as selected during booking. The displayed price is based on the selected duration. Payment may be made after the session using the payment method shown in the booking confirmation.
Online sessions
Online bookings use Google Meet. The meeting link is created for the scheduled date, time, and duration and is provided with the session details.
Changes and cancellations
If you need to change or cancel a session, contact BenTheTutor as soon as possible by texting 514-621-8365.
Learning materials
You confirm that you are allowed to share any files you upload and that they are provided for preparation and use during the tutoring session.
